GB, I wasn't trying to transfer my shares, but to get the Ps converted to common. I know you previously pointed out the line "there WERE not enough shares" from the 10K, but I had to try anyway. I can't believe that NDB told me I forfeited my MIDLP by not requesting a conversion in writing last year. So I sent them a copy of the 10K. I am really pleased with them as far as trading goes, but any time I try to do anything outside that, I have to find the information myself and feed it to them. ER
