Thanks for pointing that out with the PUT:CALL ratio. Could one look
at it that with the high number of PUTs, the stock could move up more before selling off, and possibly selling off hard. Or does it mean that the downside is limited.

Are those PUTs for APRIL or future months?

I dont follow it anywhere as closely as you do, so just inquiring.
