Ken,
So why don't you use the "realistic" multiple? Unless their product is going to cure cancer or something your earnings model should prevail.........which would make 35 the realistic target over the next 20 months. The only fundamental way the stock would sell for 70 then would be if the earnings expectations 20 months out from the 35 level were expected to increase to $2.80.
