Jay, since there is nothing really going on here, I like
to tell my feeling about the CBS/AOL deal.

CBS is a media of old fashion, I like their network/cable
programs but you need a lot of money to build these programs,
there are a lot of hardware and people (star Anchors,...)
that AOL is not quite familiar with, will a AOL-buying-CBS
slow down AOL's future pace or earning?

Personally, I like a deeper partnership deal more than a merge,
a deeper partnership can provide AOL's a way to distribute
the NetChannel box for broadband not only on cable but also
the wireless channels.

Hopefully there are items that I don't know about will
turn a possible AOL-buying-CBS (if any) into positive in
my concern...
