mccowaner, That's odd, lots of emails that are getting through... must be Microsoft! You're sure you were using BII_Shareholder@hotmail.com ? Were you / they using the email at the bottom of the survey page? I have received 134 messages so far and I just sent a test from the link on the page and it arrived at Hotmail within minutes. I have had problems with Hotmail in the past, though, so it wouldn't surprise me if they're not able to get through. Tell them to try again using the link at the bottom of the survey page and be patient, and if they still have problems I will create an online form, ok? Denise.
