Good morning Mike....it looks like CNB did the private placement at .75 and then they bought 3 million shares at .80 plus options rights at 1.40. I doubt you will see any CNB funds going alluvial...you may see their partners sped that but not them. I also doubt that a fifty yard per hour plant is what is being set up...I have heard a minimum of 7 times that rate...I suppose SUF maybe interested in what Mr. Baines has set up. I guess we will know the answer to that very soon...yes read between the lines...DD
