hello again augie; As for Reed and Peters FILING to sell stock, I would again guess that they think the stock is going to be significantly higher in the near term and they would like to sell a little stock. Neither one has sold ANYTHING in quite a while. IF/When the deal with TV Guide is completed they will have deserved every penny they might make. Now the real question should be is... What do they know that might lead them to believe the stock will be significantly higher in the near furure? Of course, again I'm just guessing.
