Here is some DD RE: WebMD and (PTEK) per 3/18 Business Wire
PTEK owns 10% of Web MD.

As part of the PTEKVentures.com relationship, Premiere owns about 10 percent
of WebMD, in addition to the sales and marketing opportunities for
Orchestrate. The strategic partnership provides that Premiere will serve as
WebMD's exclusive provider of enhanced and unified telecommunications
services offered to WebMD's community of professional users. In addition,
under a licensing and co-marketing arrangement, WebMD will be Premiere's
exclusive reseller of Orchestrate services through medical portals for the
next four years.

I've looked in the Edgar filings, this is the best I can come up with so far, re PTEK's investment in Web MD, will let you know when I find more... thanks for the info on calls, Toshio!!

The Company made strategic investments of $8.1 million in the nine month period ended September 30, 1998 in businesses involved in emerging technologies which the Company believes will further its strategic plan. Such investments included increases in the Company's equity ownership in WebMD, Inc. (formerly Endeavor Technologies, Inc.) and USA.NET, and new equity investments in Intellivoice, a company involved with developing voice activation technology, and Live Content, a company engaged in certain Internet related technology.
