I would be carefully of COVD, In this month Data Communications is a article about the disadvantages of CAP xDSL. It looks like COVD built their network using CAP and it interferes with T1 lines. It is currently not a problem as the carrier just switch lines to solve the problem ,but as densities increase they won't be able to do that. There is no similar problem with DMT xDSL. There were a number of other companies mentioned in the article.

Bottom line is they have a long term liability. When and if that news is factored into the stock I don't know.
