Hi, Joe: Nightwing (NIGI) Has many parts to there Group. We saw the news on the new side of things and they also have a great Veterinarians business, a Film and T.V. side of the business building into production that I, was told may use the Universal Studio in Tampa for some Productions. The new locations for the I-ZONE are to be in Calf and New Jersey much care was expressed to me of the right locations for each city. They have the locations final and the rest of the construction is on schedule. There will be Franchising of the locations after the first units are opened I, was told. This will allow the company to work on production for the sites that will tie into a satellite style of distribution when completed. The communications and entertainment parts of the business is where the attention seems to be at this time. I was informed that the present services to the Veterinarians is a on going great business and they now have over 600 locations of, product demonstrations for Drug and Pet Care Products. The Advertising part of this division has and is growing. There are also new products that are offered of a portable style EKG. used by Veterinarians in the treatment of dogs, cats, and horses. Special care was given in explaining this side of the business and it's said to be expanding as of the many shows that they are in each year for the Veterinarians across the country. There are investors from Japan who have an intrest, yet Richard did not go into that detail. He did say that one choice for a site for I-Zone was the Large Mall in Mpls. There also is a site in Orlando Fl. yet that will only be after the current sites are up and runing. I was told that Mr. Eric Brown will be the key to the I-Zone complex and that much of the work has been done. There will be a web site opening for company use and for I-Zone very shortly as they are doing the finals on that production work right now. Implications were for the business usage to drive this new I-Zone concept into Franchising of locations not just in North America. They just need to finish what is started and the rest will be like the first visit to a star trek show. The PR we saw this week is just the beginning of many that are to come over the next weeks.
