If it trades flat for a quarter, shouldn't that be considered something less than "market perform". I would assume that "market perform" means that you can expect a 10% to 15% gain per year. On the other hand, maybe I'm splitting hairs. A 4% gain for a quarter on a price of $60 would be $2.40. We'll probably make that.
