Talked to the company today and learned that they are currently "asking" maintainance fees of: Yr1: $1.5mill , yr2: $1 mill , yr3: $.5mill... with renewable at the customers option for 1/2 mill year. plus undisclosed royalties. Due to the ongoing trial (appeal) the ACTUAL particulars are are confidential... also stated that the deals HAVE gotten much sweeter since first trial [KDUS] ended as you had suggested. DAK
