EB this is a rather bizarre tale and unbelievably in Eagle's favor. They might get the property valued at $17M for $2.5 after they rescinded their original offer of $5M which was accepted. Do you know what the payment plans were that Eagle squawked about earlier? And are the conditions the same as they were in the same offer? Also any information on the size of the little environmental company is that Eagle acquired, credentials/professional designations? I'll check this out on the company web site and see if this information is there.
