new pick. KYOM, undiscovered ISP in China. was $2 just a month or 2 ago. Name changes from the obscure name Kyocera to Cathay Online shortly. Dave (Gore), a good friend, writes up the following dds:

Cathay Online, Inc (formerly Kyocera) Undiscovered Chinese ISP and Internet
Lottery

THE BASICS:
Shares O/S: 8.5 Million
Float: 500K
Remaining 8.0M held tightly

Company started trading about 3 months ago; drifted down on little significant news,
which is apparently about to change; name change announced just today; as well as
intentions to file thier 10-SB with the SEC shortly.

Stock High: $2.00
Stock Low: 50 cents
Currently 63 cetns bid

This company has entered the Internet field as an ISP and E-Business Company in
Asia, with a strong foothold in China. Because of alliances, it is currently concentrating
on Sichuan Province with it's 100 Million people. Then onto Beijing Shanghai, and
Guwangzhou.

China is being targeted first because the internet growth is expected to grow to
between 5-9 Billion by next year.

INTERESTING FACT #1: Currently there are only 4 ISP's in this area of 100 Million
people, and word is the Government has halted the issuance of more ISP's for now.

INTERESTING FACT #2: KYOM (with symbol soon to be changed), was granted
the very first foreign private sector Internet license in Sichuan Province.

Here's the really interesting part, however....

The INTERNET LOTTERY SYSTEM:
The Chinese Government has sanctioned lotteries to help support national sports
programs and social programs. While in it's infancy, this is easily the fastest growing
gaming segment in China, with 6 month lottery sales exceeding USD 1.33 Billon.

MOST INTERESTING FACT #3: KYOM is currently in negotiations to enter this
market in China via thousands of Kiosks located around the major provincial city of 8
million. Several Kiosks are apparently already in place in major shopping and banking
areas. Bets are quickly placed online via these kiosks. Bets are the equivalent of 22
cents US for a multi-million dollar payoff.
