The "rotation" story that I saw implied that the institutions (and perhaps individual) investors were rotating out of the more speculative "story" stocks and into big-cap growth stocks that are showing good earnings and "more reasonable" valuations. And some of the descriptors of this trend are: the professionals can't believe the magnitude and swiftness of the rotation.

I assume this is what is crushing the internet stocks and SEPR may be suffering a similar fate. This is starting to seem more than a bit overdone but -- that's the market. After options expiration and this week comes to a close, I suspect things will start to return to normal (SEPR rising). JMHO.
