Then switch your accounts to Schwab, or Datek. You think they don't have problems? They all do! Some, like Etrade, more than others. Probably because they are growing faster. IMHO, based on their growth rate, all the E-brokers are a good long term investment. I understand everyones frustration with the actual trading. It happens to me, and I have Schwab and Datek. I bet they are all doing everything they can to eliminate the problems. Its more $$ in their pocket. Do you really want to go back to a real live broker? Not me. Good luck! D.

Take this to the sue your broker thread please. This is a postive thread. Funny how I never have these problems. Then again, I am a platinum user with my own line so maybe that helps. However, as I said before if you fancy yourself a "day trader" that needs 100% perfection 100% of the time, don't use any online service. For the vast majority, Etrade is perfect.
