Suppose you write covered calls on CMGI, can you still have a stop loss ?
if yes, would the covered calls become naked or would you have have to close options position as well if your stop loss is hit ? If all the above is true, what are the risks of writing naked calls ? Seems minimal to me. All you would lose is ownership of a security that is appreciating in price. With the profits of writing calls, you can repurchase the security, technically, at a lower price. Right ?
