I do not know ... they are about to close on some deals though according to the press reeleases and 10K ... I would assume an offering through a broker or some sort of split but who knows. Mor than likely a secondary offering or underwriting would be my best guess. Yes a registration would probably have to be done most likely. There no warrants or debentures or anything like that. But i read in the filings there are P but they are not convertible nor will they come into the float. :-) GB
