Donald, the reason for including the disk drive manufacturers is simple to understand. If EMC's sales are going to slow down they will order less drives. This means less sales for the SEG's, et al and therefore, the downgrade.

Its interesting to see that EMC was quick to react with their press release. Wonder how the stock (EMC) will do tomorrow.
