The InterCept Group provides electronic funds transfer (EFT), data communications management, and client/server enterprise software for financial institutions. Thomas, Is this an Internet auction company? Why are you comparing them with Bid.com? Apples and oranges!

Thomas, some think the Nasdaq news is already factored in (and beyond) the BII share price and others think there are still many many investors just waiting to hear of the GREAY BII, and then jump on the bandwagon like so many have. I guess we'll see who's right? >>By the by, there was no net effect positive or negative evident on ICG's stock the date of announcement or actual trading date.
