Hi, I'm no expert at reading company documents. I got their annual report in the mail a day or two ago and the thing that stood out was the Cenco fiasco. I don't have the document here but the question for me about it was the incusion of estimated numbers concerning its resolution. Do you have any opinion of Cenco and the account of its possible resolution? Perhaps uncertainty about Cenco has not helped the advance of the price of Cade's stock. Cenco aside, I agree that the company's performance has been excellent and without Cenco should command greater value. Jack
