HAUPPAUGE, NY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 15, 1999--PanAmerican BanCorp, Inc. BB announced today that PanAmerican Healthcorp has signed contracts with, and has added, nine new clients to their Practice Management Services roster. "These new accounts alone will generate over $400,000 in new annual revenues for PanAmerican Healthcorp," said Healthcorp CEO Ray Gamble. The nine new accounts have already begun using the Practice Management Services, according to Gamble.

The new Healthcorp accounts represent a diverse sampling of healthcare specialties, including:

-- The largest Neurological Surgery practice in Central NY

-- An Ambulatory Surgical Center in Queens, NY which provides

outpatient services through 100 affiliated physicians

-- A large Physical Therapy practice in Queens

and, we didn't buy it at 290!!!!!!!!!whew!!!!!!!
