allows customers to make unlimited calls from their multimedia personal computer to a regular telephone
anywhere in the continental U.S. for a flat rate of $10 per month. The new software called net.caller(tm) is a
simple to use dialer developed by VocalTec Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq:VOCLF - news).

The software and activation are free to all subscribers of the service. The net.caller software is a light version of
the Internet Phone(r) for Access Power.

In order to use net.caller, customers need to be running Windows 95/98 or NT 4.0, with a minimum 75 MHZ
Pentium multimedia PC and standard Internet connection. The software can be quickly downloaded and
installed. net.caller is as easy to use as a regular phone.
