First, Happy Third Month Anniversary of NO press releases. Keep stragizing, SV! Second, yes, as you say, one of the key factors is whether the "supporters" were acting on their own, on behalf of the company, or in concert with others....and, whether, they were selling while still hyping. As you said, only the Shadow, i.e., the SEC, knows for sure. Also, it was the manner in which this thing was hyped, which was intimidating in nature, especially when any doubts were raised. Sell at $7? Idiot! Oh, the PR firm says DGIV is "fully priced?" They must be Evil. That's what I'm talking about. Anyway, it's time to move on, it's time to get a professional management team in place to realize the full potential we have here, before it's too late. If there is news to release, do it NOW, or go away, that's what I say.

Thank you dch! Just trying to point out that pointing out others (assigning to them blame for our actions) is pointless. The bottom line is that we all have control over our own accounts... As too whether or not Byron did anything wrong, I do not have enough information to evaluate such a charge. In my book, it is a very serious matter to make an accusation against someone's character - one should have irrefutable proof of the truth in the criticism else one has acted in no better a manner than he whom he has unfairly accused. If in fact, the enthusiasm displayed on this thread was what caused one to buy at or near the peak, one might question the validity of his or her trading practices instead. Lazarus
