Yeah, just ask Gateway who had some initial problems with K6-2 systems. And just ask Dell who is doing just fine being an Intel-only shop.

If AMD sells their K7 CPU's at $500, yet it shows no real advantage over the Pentium III, would you accuse AMD of price-gouging as well?
