dexx.. you mean how to buy them, or how to choose them? I haven't seen anything on line like a teaching book but here is a good program. www.optionvue.com you can probably start from there

Regarding learning to trade options. Since I posted that I am trading options, several people have sent me PMs asking how they can get started in options. You might want to take a look at Shaeffer's Investment Research site. They have an excellent options education section which covers all the basics and some advanced options trading techniques.
