I'm not sure if the number in the second link is current, which is why I said I don't know what the number is. It has nothing to do with whether or not I believe you about the number of 144 conversions. I just asked you where the numbers came from. How you came up with my not wanting information on the company when I asked for it “Where do you come up with filings for 5 million shares? “ is beyond me. Now that I've seen your link and read it, I'll freely admit that it is news to me and that there is not enough information there for me to understand who is offering to sell and why. It makes no reference to “insiders” selling only to “OFFERED BY CERTAIN SELLNG SECURITY HOLDERS”. I suggest that you call Mark Clancy if you want an answer. I plan to.
