Kaiser doubts wsp will win the case with aber. He says wsp set a
trap for aber by enforcing certain terms of the jv agreement which
wsp itself did not fully follow.
He says the $ 2 pp comes freetrading on april 29th. He says because
it was mostly taken by pattison and insiders, the market won't be
hit by random selling of large blocks.
