Dave, congrats, though UK's discount is not that great. Since the deal is announced and not too far distant, I think I would hang on for it. Looks like you should make 6% or so in a month or less, which is pretty good for sitting still. With the breakups that are vague as to time or that open end instead of dissolve, I usually sell. But this one is fast enough to make it worthwhile. I doubt the expenses will be much compared to the $60 million in assets. I may have misunderstood you on taxes. There shouldn't be any difference if you sell or if you hold for the proceeds.
