arthur pritchard, I am a LTB&H Dell owner. I used to own Msft, Lu, Amat, and Intc (the PC food chain). I decided to stick to the the best and learn why I should keep it or sell it. To learn about business processes I would recommend "Out of the Crisis" by Dr. Edward Deming. Juran also had a New York phone book size handbook (an oxymoron if ever there was one). Application of todays digital tools to business processes coupled with Deming's concepts, along with ROIC and CCC insights is what is the revolution with Dell. Dell will be untouchable for the next 5 years.

I was a plant engineer for 23 years in different roles and retired 2 years ago. I learned about statistical process control, continuous improvement, and Deming's 14 rules for a business and applied it to my job. It was like getting flatland sailors to think of the world as a globe only worse.
Good luck
Mike
