On page 24 of the annual report under Seasonality, IOM states that "The Company's Zip products are targeted primarily to the personal computer OEM and retail consumer markets. The Company's Jaz and Ditto products are targeted primarily to the retail consumer market. The Company's Clik! products are targeted to the retail consumer market and to the consumer electronics OEMs..."

The fact that mgmt realizes that Zip is primarily an OEM product signals a successful business plan in the increasing OEM inclusion percentages. Their focus on cost reductions and quality improvements will hopefully lead to a positive margin on OEM drives. I think this happening. I think IOM views Clik! as the new Zip, initially a retail product then once established, an OEM product. Time will tell if history can repeat itself for Clik!. The best part is the hundreds of millions of high margin disks that will be sold !
