silknet sets ipo - 24% owned by cmgi cmgi.com (REUTERS) Silknet sets IPO at three mln common shrs Silknet sets IPO at three mln common shrs WASHINGTON, April 15 (Reuters) - Silknet Software Inc. said it will offer up to three million common shares in its first ever sale of stock to the public. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday, the Manchester, N.H.,-based company estimated the initial selling price at between $10 and $12 per share. The company said it will list the stock on Nasdaq under the stock symbol . Silknet has granted the underwriters an over-allotment option to purchase up to 450,000 additional common shares. REUTERS
