Over the past year or so we've come to realize that there are many people who have a data provider they're comfortable with but are struggling to find the right software for executions. Most people in this situation use a traditional on-line broker and at some point find out about direct access execution systems because as a trader you're always looking for the best executions (I think I can say that on behalf of all traders). As for CyBerXchange, I suppose you could call it an advanced version of our smart order routing technology, it's smarter and more aggressive. Along with finding out about direct access execution systems you also come to understand the complexity of executing orders on the NASDAQ. There are many different ways to execute and knowing which way depending on current conditions and market participants can be cause for much frustration. We made CyBerXchange so that people could have the benefits of direct access without having to take focus off of their trading strategy to determine how to execute.
