I know this may be jumping the gun a little. I hope those Motley Jerks do a "Daily Double" followup to their "Daily Trouble" piece they did on Vivus and tell all of us how we could have seen it coming. Also, Fat Herb from TheStreet.com better do a nice report on Vivus. How about the SF Chronicle "newsreporter" who did a hatchet job on Vivus? Maybe we should all e-mail them? Here's hoping next tax day we'll all have to pay tens of thousands of dollars in capital gains taxes due to Vivus! PS VLAD is getting closer to his Ferrari.
