OT...yes, most of the time it does correct to 20/20 in the hands of a good competent surgeon that has a lot of experience...also, you are correct in that if you are wearing reading glasses with your contacts now ...post-op you would be doing the same....at that point it becomes the patients choice of whether to have the surgery or not...i still have a lot of patients to elect for the surgery because they have never enjoyed clear distance vision and they "want to see what its like to not wear glasses"....if you would like some "packaged" information from THE LASER CENTERS....send me a pm and i will drop it in the mail to you...give you something to look at
