Heck, the wording about the manufacturing equipment having to be further developed in order to be able to produce in commercial quantities could mean something as simple as a 5 minute adjustment, and it would be technically correct. It would be in keeping with Lev's philosophy of not getting people too excited until that independent verification can be made. I'd stake my shares on this being the case.

Rich, yes, one wonders why Larry tries so very hard to find negatives and still profess his attitude of neutrality and honest assessment. His credibility with me is gone regarding neutrality on the issue. Whereas I think you've presented the various aspects quite candidly.

Rich, in fairness, both sides are "working very hard" with the same known facts, Larry with quotations of the S-3, you with the serial number 100,000 or more (by the way, one could interpret this as "100,000 cells as still not a good one?" <g>), Fred, with production capacity that exceeds expected demand. I think it is time for the company to put forward some new information to "disect", how about a nice little PO, or a good financing deal. I am ready with dry powder to jump in as soon as I see some real positive development, not just getting ready with new hired hands. I'd like to see one of three things before I jump in, a solid PO, or a solid financing, or a positive technical event, such as, volume price reversal, or a break out on volume, or a solid dragonfly doji, or any of numerous technical indicators showing a new crop of interested investors flocking to this issue.
