"No harm...no foul" right?

I don't think so ... if this guy is guilty ... they are going to have
make a real clear example of him ...

if he is quilty...after some jail time...he might get out early with some harsh restrictions on his computer activity... and be invited to
testify before Congress...followed by scheduling for the Jenny Jones and the Montel Williams show...

by the way...anyone have a copy of the notorious posting from Yahoo that this engineer has alleged to have made? anyone know the yahoo screen name of the alleged perpetrator?

Alan I personally believe this guys life is finished, even if he somehow can avoid jail time he will be hit by damages regardless of the present stock price as many traders were hurt by this--Cramer of Street.Com has already publicly stated he lost 27,000 dollars on the hoax---but primarily he is going to be a target case, and they are going to set a hard standard, and that is the INTERNET is not a game, cross certain lines and you will be slammed and slammed hard.Max90
