QNTM closed at 16 7/16 two months back. It then opened the next day at 17 and shot upto 19 1/2. SO it had left a GAP between 16 7/16 and 17. On Thursday it closed the gap by briefly touching 16 1/2 in the morning. Then it moved up strongly to 17 7/8. Thats a classic reversal. The stock showed a lot of strength, printing UNCH on a day when NAZ turned south big on Friday. I think these are great signs of strnegth. In my opinion the only reason the stock came down to this level was to close the gap below 17. It has done that. Now its resuming a slow and steady climb up, devoid of any more gaps. The lesson I learnt. DOnt fight the TA aspects. The stock will find any reason to fill unfilled gaps. I think the spin meisters will be back soon and drive up the stock to 25-30 range, touting the tracking stock concept.

When I look at QNTM it is severely undrevalued at present levels. It should be around 26 to atleast get some fair faluation, if not correct valuation. DLT has to be valued around $3 Billion (conservatively speaking. We are not talking disk drives here. We are talking 35% gross margin products) and the disk drive at a measly $2 Billion (at half the revenues of 4B). Thats a net of $5 Billion or $32 per share.
