Gentlemen, sorry for the departure this afternoon, but I still have to work for a living and I'm buried.

First Madison is still ready to roll with LONE.

TK is short the position.

Federal courts have superior jurisdiction over STATE Supreme Courts.

SEC has jurisdiction over State Supreme Courts

Suit and rulings are of no account unless LONE loses the RICO case and an appeal would easily over rule any fines levied because of current involvement in the RICO case prohibits anything from being done with TK.

Why would you sue a LA company in NY STATE court.

Yes, if Brent goes to NY and gets caught speeding. He could be held.

Time for dinner, I'll be back.
