Estimated taxes. I've had years where I gave more to charities and taxes than I made. Big credit the next year. The Clintons don't have to pay the 15.7% SS taxes I have to pay. Plus their pension is garanteed (sorry, I'm so dumb I can't find the spelling in the dictionary) and SS isn't.
