FWIW, I'm also happy with my account at Schwab. Not a single problem in over ten years with them, first over the phone and then on-line.

I also have an account with Fidelity, they've been just fine for me, but I'm not a particularly active trader.

What's the "large account" service?

Schwab set me up with better paperwork, gave me a "Signature Service Team" number to call, and told me it was because the size of my accounts with them, (I have four) qualified me for special service.

I really think I am "small fry" by their standards, but I do seem to get through faster now. However, it may just be a "con" to keep me from running to an on-line broker.
