It's strange to read you say that you spent so much time in darkness, because I have been reading back on the beginning of the thread, and you were very much the same Gaugie years ago, at least in print. Observant. Trenchant. Witty. Whimsical. Unique. If I were looking at the world through Gaugie-colored glasses, it would be a color I couldn't buy at the store.

It sounds as if you are saying that you think maybe you are better off than me, and if so, good for you. Because I feel pretty good now most of the time. I upped my dose of thyroid, that seems to be making a big difference, and what with the Celebrex, the reduced prednisone, the MSM, and the minocycline, I am pretty much stable. If I could just get rid of the edema in my legs, I'd be fine. I need to exercise more, spend less time on my butt, that will help.

If your lungs are ok, once your hips are done, what's holding you back?
