Tim, Thank you for placing the call. But, don't you think they should have come to the thread without your persistence? This SI thread is a perfect forum for them to put out fires. Brett should have been here first thing in the morning to explain what was going on instead of risking the loss of customers. I am willing to keep an open mind and listen to what they have to say. But I know for certain that I will be moving money into another account so I am not left in this position again. Thank You again for trying to get an answer. Straight Up
