As long as they are adding so many more accounts than they are losing, that means BIG BUCKS for them, especially for their upcoming IPO. They have realized that in the big picture (though the short run) that customer satisfaction means squat as all the competitors suck too. Datek used to appear on this thread upon occasion. Now they just get flamed and they have disappeared. When they were here, their comments were only good for ridicule anyway. So it hardly matters they are gone.
