Yes your right I was licensed, many years ago I traded for a brokerage firm on the trading desk. Im not anymore. Not for a long time. Dont worry about me. But when doing a offering, isnt a OM or PPM or what ever you call it supposed to be given accompany a subscription form. Did I say that last time. Isnt it considered a disclosure document. Not to be published on edgar but with the nasd and the states it was sold in. In this case this information is public information. Available to those who request it. You need to spend more time reading and comprehending what was posted. Im beginning to think you actually have bricks in your head.
