Milo's position is very strong right now. He has Kosovo, the Albanians out, diehard public support, and his troops are well trained and well covered; due to the terrain and weather. I think if NATO is unwilling to compromise their Rambouillet position, then they will have to commit to ground troops before Milosevic will even think of adjusting his position. In the meantime, time is on his side and you can bet he will be using it to his advantage; we're watching this single handedly humiliate NATO strategically.
