I disagree. If Russian aid workers are there, we will not bomb where they might be hit. Clinton does not have the stones. Personally, I think the Russians need our economic bail out so badly, losing a few aid workers won't cause a termination of relations. JLA

Nope, disagree. I think if Russia sent in humanitarian workers to aid the Albanians, the coalition would crack. You would see a pause in the bombing while food and supplies are brought in. Remember each NATO country has to sign off on the bombing and the targets. I can think of a few countries in that coalition that wouldn't want to run the risk of inflaming the Russians because of a "NATO training" mishap.
