I know an entity that is involved in the 19 million capital financing and was aware of the dollar amount late last year. I did not however know that virtually all the proceeds look like they are being directed to this project. Whether they will be able to raise the full amount is the question, none the less, i assume it certainly would take them down the road to operations.
