Interesting that a relative unknown with a small company can cause so much havoc. Looks like half the world is a bunch of lemming walking off the cliff without even questioning the source. Nations bank is a big options house. Maybe they needed to get out from under some bad options they wrote. Hmmmmmm

The brokerage game is a very "evil" business. One never know how recommendations and upgrading and downgrading is related to a firms own positions in the stocks they cover. Given the timing, the strange juxtaposition of Seagate and EMC, apples and oranges, I would suspect that there is more to this downgrade than meets the eye.
