Chief et al. I am getting the NR's from Stockwatch and I may be wrong but the NR states they " have been accepted for filing" which I interpret to be the initial announcement. There is nothing that indicates to me they are a follow up on earlier announcements. I shall be glad if I am wrong. As for the dispute Mr. Kennedy faced, and indeed it may be solved, I never saw a public statement after the story came out. That whole thing had a bad taste nonetheless. Does anybody know when they will be announcing their plans for work on the property? If we are facing another pp and debenture do they not expect a resolution with B.C. in the foreseeable future?
